WingTel

Head of Growth

I was able take WingTel from 1k subscription Users to over 100k in the span of 3 years resulting in $50m ARR revenue for the Company. There was no digital inbound strategy in place, all current customers were from friends, family and referral sites. The implementation I put into place was 100% digital focused.

-Scaled spend from 100 a day to $15k a day with Fb broad based FMNF campaigns.

-The Optimizations that were was

-full funnel starting with copy and creative

- All the way down to check out flow and sales pages

-pixeling Verizon and AT&T conversions that trained Facebook's algo to target ideal customers for Wing

-Multiple audience AB test/ Landing page AB test and Full funnel Ab test.

-Directed ad copy and video that drove messaging that was relatable to anyone who had the big 4 carriers. It would later be utilized for 90% of the Ad spend on Fb.

-Pushed executives on switching from Lead to agent model to strictly sim to purchase and activation This allowed the company to become profitable in one year cutting CPA down from $140 to $60 per activation.

Homefi

Tasked with Ground up build and Launch

Homefi is a home internet product for rural America where regular internet is very hard to come by. HomeFi's audience was paying 3/4 x for Satellite compared to HomeFi's prices. This was launched as a separate business and sister company of WingTel. The Launch was ground up and requires a full site, sales agents, and Campaign build out.

In 6 months was responsible for
-Launching new Website that converted from the start
-Ab tested different price points, product pages.
-    0 to 5000 customers in less then 9 months on a $100+ purchase price product

-    8%-12% CTR under $0.25 CPC and a 2.5% conversion rate
-    $0 to $500k monthly recurring Revenue
-Successfully Ab tested and launched new landing pages & funnels
-100% Fb paid social/ Google ads

Bathroom Reno company looking to drive appointments and leads

Created a ground up campaign which was a combo of Traffic prospecting retargeting, and appointments sign ups.

 

Client went from no online inbound leads to

-100-150 leads a day all through Fb

  • 6%+ CTR and $20 cpls

-Help create content copy/ videos with new offers , sales etc...

-Average Spend $2.5k to $3k a day

ROKT a company who offers ecommerce brands an upselling tool that allows Advertisers to get in front of consumers in the transactional moment. I was tasked with expanding on the amount of Advertisers that were buying media through there platform.

 

Client had plenty of ecommerce sites signed up but no SMB Advertisers. 

-Set up a ground up funnel with LinkedIn targeting Marketing Heads of different industry's. 

  • tested multiple types of Audience functions like Titles, functions, company's sizes, Etc..

-Able to get 90 SMB Advertisers to sign up and test platform in a 4 month span with a $10k monthly minimum spend

Kirk Kara a jewelry business with a retail locations and e-commerce site was seeking help driving more business during the holiday season. Charged with building and managing their campaigns with the goal being to drive prospects to the website and increase overall site traffic to their onsite appointments page. 

-Set up a ground up FB/ IG appointment driven campaign

-Cust CPC from $1.25 to $0.45

-CTR increased from 1.2% to 5.5%
